refills can be obtained most efficiently by contacting your pharmacist
with your request. If you need a written prescription to mail in,
please contact us during office hours, or use the refill request form
in the secure messaging feature on this site at any time.
We
require one working day to complete the prescription, and will either
authorize the pharmacy to refill your prescription or provide a written
prescription for your mail-in pharmacy.
It is my policy to
refill ONLY those prescriptions I have personally prescribed and have
documented in your medical record in this office. New prescriptions
will require an office evaluation.
