You
may have heard that new regulations have gone into effect in April 2003
to protect your privacy. The law requires that the first time you come
to our office after April 13, you will be provided a copy of our
privacy rules. You will be asked to sign a form that indicates that you
have received that copy. We have always accepted the responsibility of protecting the privacy of our patients. Be assured that we will continue to do so. |
